Optica Africa has opened a new branch at Diamond Biz Centre along Syokimau-Katani Road, bringing eye care services closer to residents of Syokimau, Katani and neighbouring estates.

Before the new branch opened, the nearest Optica outlet to the area was located at NextGen Mall near the Southern Bypass interchange.
Optica Syokimau Opening Hours
According to the company, the new branch operates on the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday and public holidays: Closed.

Eye Test and Spectacle Prices
The company has also outlined some of the prices customers can expect when shopping at the new branch.
- Eye tests: Free for life after a one-time registration fee of KSh100.
- Complete spectacles: Starting at KSh1,690.
- Frames: Starting at KSh890.
- Lenses: Starting at KSh800.

The company further offers a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on frames and lenses, while qualified optometrists are available to advise customers on prescriptions and lens options.
