Uganda President Yoweri Museveni is one of the most known political leaders not only in Uganda but also in the continent.
He is not only known because he is the President of Uganda but he is also well known because he has been in power for decades and as things seem to be, he feels like he has still plenty to offer as the Ugandan Head Of State.
That is because President Yoweri Museveni is on the ballot again to contest for the Presidential seat in the forthcoming general election.
In recent days, political temperatures in the country have been going up but today, the no nonsense Commander in Chief assured Ugandans that he will not play cool and allow some people to interfere with the elections.
“You should all go out and vote. No one will destabilise Uganda. Whoever tries will regret”- President Museveni as Uganda deploys military patrols in Kampala and surrounding areas ahead of the January 15, 2026 General Election, in which he seeks to extend his rule to 45 years.” Reported Daily Monitor.
