U.S. President Donald Trump has unleashed a fiery statement condemning Democrats over renewed discussions about his impeachment. In a strongly worded message, Trump accused his political opponents of being “Radical Left Lunatics” who are out of touch with reality and obsessed with removing him from the political scene.
“The Democrats are really out of control. They have lost everything, especially their minds!” Trump declared. He criticized two Democratic congressmen, whom he referred to as “no name” and “whackjobs,” for initiating yet another attempt to impeach him—without, according to him, stating a clear reason.
Trump questioned the basis for any new impeachment attempt, sarcastically suggesting it could be for “cleaning up the mess” Democrats allegedly left behind, including issues at the southern border, record inflation, the Afghanistan withdrawal, and foreign policy failures involving Russia, Ukraine, and Israel.
He went further to suggest Republicans should consider expelling certain Democrats from Congress, accusing them of committing “real crimes.” “These are very dishonest people that won’t let our Country heal,” he asserted.
Trump also revisited past controversies, claiming Democrats used similar tactics during his first term and referencing Rep. Adam Schiff, whom he accused of seeking a pardon to avoid expulsion over alleged wrongdoing.
Concluding his remarks, Trump warned that Republicans would not stand by this time, stating, “These are total LOWLIFES… Perhaps we should start playing this game on them.”
