Kapseret Constituency Member of Parliament, Hon. Oscar Sudi, has launched a comprehensive school feeding programme at Jasho Primary School in Uasin Gishu County.
The initiative aims to provide nutritious meals to pupils, addressing a critical need for proper nutrition to support their health, learning, and overall development.
Through his official X account, accompanied by a heartfelt video, Sudi shared that the programme supplies balanced, nutritious food to fuel young minds, improve school attendance, and promote academic excellence.
He emphasized that children require adequate nutrition to thrive in the classroom. The video captures a lively scene in a modest classroom, where pupils eagerly enjoy their meals from colorful bowls, seated on wooden benches amid simple surroundings.

Sudi and other dignitaries, including Mbeere North MP Leonard Wamuthende, joined the children for lunch, demonstrating hands-on commitment to the cause.
This effort aligns with Sudi’s broader focus on enhancing education in Kapseret through NG-CDF projects, such as classroom upgrades in nearby schools.
By tackling hunger, the programme is expected to reduce absenteeism and boost performance, investing in the future of Kenya’s young generation.

The launch has drawn positive attention, with many praising the MP’s dedication to community welfare and child development.
