U.S. Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) has publicly demanded that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates testify under oath before the House Oversight Committee regarding his relationship with the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Through her official X account on February 4, 2026, Mace shared a letter addressed to Committee Chairman James Comer, urging a subpoena for Gates.
The call follows the U.S. Department of Justice’s recent release of approximately 3 million pages of Epstein-related documents, including emails, images, and videos.
These files mention Gates and contain allegations described by Mace as “SICK,” including claims from Epstein’s drafts suggesting deeper involvement beyond philanthropy.
Gates has previously acknowledged meeting Epstein multiple times after his 2008 conviction, describing the association as regrettable and aimed at fundraising for global health initiatives.

A spokesperson for Gates has dismissed lurid claims in the documents as “absolutely absurd and completely false.”
Mace emphasized accountability, stating, “If these allegations are false, Bill Gates should have no problem saying so under oath before Congress. Nobody is above the law. Not billionaires. Not the powerful. Nobody.”
Her push aligns with broader congressional scrutiny of Epstein’s network, including recent agreements by figures like Bill and Hillary Clinton to testify.

The Oversight Committee has not yet confirmed any subpoena, but Mace’s demand highlights ongoing efforts to hold influential individuals accountable amid the massive document release.
