For very many years, Raila Odinga has been dominating politics in the country. He has been living like a movement and thus, it was unbelievable when news broke that the ODM party leader had died.
From the moment the sad news was declared, many Kenyans have been reacting differently and today, several top leaders broke their silence with different views.
One of the top leaders who broke his silence was Najib Balala who was speaking to Citizen TV and during his interview, Balala claimed that he was ready to return to ODM and make it Stronger.
Balala maintained that he is a pioneer of the ODM party as he was part of the Pentagon movement that dominated Kenyan politics in the 2007 general election.
According to Najib Balala, it is not a must that he becomes the leader of the ODM party but he can help strengthening the party as a member and an advisor.
He maintained that the young ODM members can be supported by the old members like himself to make the party stronger in the absence of Raila Odinga.
