Martha Karua is one of the most known female political leaders in the country. She is not only known because she has been in politics for a very long period of time, but she is also known because she is always vocal and extremely controversial in most occasions.
Good thing is that Karua has got a lot of friends in the country with one of them being Boniface Mwangi and today, she proved that as she stood with Mwangi even though she wasn’t in the country.
Through her official X account, the Iron Lady disclosed that even through she is in Botswana, she led the defence of the popular activists who was before the Kahawa court.
Martha Karua made it clear that she did that virtually, something that showed her commitment.
“Today leading the defence of @bonifacemwangi before thekahawa court virtually from Lobatse Botswana.” Said Martha Karua.
That comes after Boniface Mwangi was arrested during the weekend and taken to court earlier today.
